The Bottom

Clear Wax - £1.50

The clear wax comes in a square block, slightly larger than the coloured triangle ones, about 47mm x 47mm by 13mm deep (1.8" x 1.8" by 0.5" deep)
Use it to lighten any of the other colours, a bit like water with watercolours.
Basically what you are doing is diluting them.
Use clear rather than white, because the colours are translucent and the white isn't. When you lighten one of the colours with clear it will stay translucent but if you lighten it with the white, which is opaque, the colour becomes opaque as well. That's fine for foggy/misty scenes but I doubt you want every painting to look that way.
Clear wax is great for watery effects and lighter skys or where you want light to come through.
Yet more effect to play with.

Also use it to clean your tools ie the base of your iron when you want to change colour completely or the tips on the soldering iron.
Like all Dehan waxes, they can also be used with other makes of painting wax, if you wish.
There is one block in the starter kit.
