Encaustic Painting Instruction Booklet - £3.50

Twenty eight pages of information and ideas, but no pictures.
I can paint with an iron but I can't draw, so you will have to make do with words and forget about illustrations.
The booklet explains what you do and why you do it.
It describes various iron movements, the patterns they produce and gives you ideas of how to use those patterns in a picture.
It was writen for use, primarily with Dehan wax, but most techniques will work well with other waxes too.
A copy is included in the starter kit, so you don't need one if you have bought or are going to buy a kit.
