I would like the Friends of Raymond to reclaim the tax on all
donations and subscription payments that I have made during the
last 4 years and may make in the future. |
Please note:
1. This GIFT AID declaration covers any payment to The Friends
of Raymond including single donations and membership subscriptions.
2. For your donations to qualify for GIFT AID you must pay an
amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax at least equal
to the amount the Friends of Raymond will reclaim on your donation
within the tax year.
3. If you are unsure whether your donations qualify for GIFT
AID tax relief, please ask your local tax office.
4. You can cancel this declaration at any time by advising the
Hon Secretary or Hon Treasurer. Please notify us if you change
your address.
5. In the case of joint membership, only the person offering
the GIFT AID should sign this form. Their partner may sign a
donation cheque from a joint account providing they are spending
the money of the GIFT AID donor. If both parties wish to donate,
two declarations are needed.
