Apart from the two Newsletters each year, you will also be entitled to take part in our activities, in particular you will be able to crew the boats and experience the peace of steering a butty. You will also get the satisfaction of knowing that you are helping to preserve the past."

Generous donations enabled us to buy Nutfield but we did have to borrow some money to get Phase 1 of the Restoration completed and we now need to raise money to repay this loan. We must also get the money for Phase 2 which is scheduled for the winter of 2006/7.

The minimum subscription is just £10 per annum; if you would like to give more then we won't stop you!! We now have two boats to look after so "every little helps".

If you are a tax payer (either income tax or capital gains tax) then the tax man will add an extra 28p to every £1 which you donate at no cost to yourself. All you need to do is to complete the Gift Aid section of the Membership Form and we will do the rest.
