The Weenies need your help! They fall out of the hatch and your task is to guide them home, by placing bricks and sections of rope and ladders in their path. Ladders may only be placed on top of solid bricks or other ladder sections; likewise, ropes can only be suspended from a solid block or another piece of rope. Bricks may be placed anywhere but you can only delete ladders, ropes, or bricks like those you are given. WEENIES is a Lemmings-style game for your BBC packed with fiendish puzzles and imaginative graphics.

Unfortunately, the ship blasts off back to Zog and on arrival Egghead accidentally teleports himself to an underground labyrinth. It's up to you to get them back! BBC conversion by Chris Dewhurst of Jonathan Cauldwell's classic Speccy arcade adventure.

Disassemblies

Click on the text file icons for diassemblies of some BBC games. This is a great way of learning 6502 assembly language, even if a little daunting at first, but particularly rewarding if you come across a piece of code and be able to say to yourself, I can do that more efficiently!

GRABIT SIEGE SWOOP

It's a good idea to have copies of a template, for example a table for each page of memory to write in the address, mnemonic, data and comments for each byte. Click the icon to download an example form and an example of its use (zipped PDF).
