The Complete BBC Micro Works of Christopher Dewhurst
This CD-Rom brings together Chris's complete, non-commercial BBC works written over the last decade, including:
- 85 articles on games, utilities, graphics, programming and sound
- Corresponding programs - approx 250 files (just over 2 megabytes) in total
- Most programs also suitable for the Acorn Electron
Articles are provided:
- in HTML format, fully hyperlinked. Click for a free sample.
in PDF format with FULL listings (nearly 1,000 pages) for readers wishing to print and "type 'em in". Click for a free sample.
- in the original Impression format, as a bonus for RISC OS users
- in plain-text format*
- with full indexes to articles, program names and disc images
Corresonding programs are provided:
- in Single Sided Disc (SSD) images, suitable for use with BBC emulators or writing to physical media for use on a real machine
- in raw directories for use with !65Host etc.
*The plain text versions of the articles can also be read from the automatic menu. So whatever computer you're using you'll be able to access the information in one format or another.
- Produced on RISC OS computers but suitable for ALL platforms capable of reading RISC OS/Windows CD-Roms, rendering HTML and/or PDF, and preferably running a BBC emulator
