CLPD Privacy Policy

CLPD has adopted an email privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.

If you received a mailing from us your email address is listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information from CLPD.

Data collection and use

If you complete a "Join CLPD mailing list" form or a membership form, we may ask you for personal information. That includes your contact details, geographic information (such as your postcode and constituency), and other details about you.

We collect this data for use in CLPD's campaign, to provide information on issues about the Labour Party, its policy and its democracy, and to build a network of supporters and discussion around the issues CLPD campaigns on.

How we protect your privacy

We are committed to protecting our data against loss, misuse and alteration.

Please note that the information provided will be held by the Campaign for Labour Party Democracy.

At no time will any of your data be used for commercial purposes. We will never sell your personal information, and will never share it with anyone except for the purposes outlined in this privacy policy.

Information submitted to us is only available to CLPD officers managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information.

How can you stop receiving email from us?

We provide you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us easily and promptly. Our unsubscribe requests are processed regularly. If you wish to cease receiving email from us please email CLPD.Emails@gmail.com clearly stating that you wish to unsubscribe.
