This Pike was caught by Alec Thompson from Kilbirnie Loch. It was caught from the west shore. Rumour has it that this is actually the Kilbirnie Loch Monster. Subsequent investigations have revealed that Mr Thompson is absolutely innocent of this ridiculous claim….although it can be revealed that he is a fan of Cilla Black and enjoys watching Family Fortunes on daytime television.
