Aromatherapy Bath
Salts
here are some bath salts recipes to try. Add the salts while the bath is
running, add the essential oils, swish the water to disperse, climb in and
soak for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy !
ACHES AND PAINS BLEND.
300 grams mineral salts
3 drops Frankincense
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Lemon.
MUSCLE RELAXING BLEND.
250 grams sea salt
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Lemon
1 drop Fennel
1 drop Rosemary.
SENSUOUS BLEND.
100 grams sea salt
8 drops Bergamot
4 drops Ylang Ylang
3 drops Patchouli
3 drops Rose (or Geranium)
3 drops Sandalwood.
MOOD ELEVATING BLEND.
3 drops Petitgrain
2 drops Lemon
1 drop Clary Sage
100 grams sea salt.
IMMUNE BOOSTING BLEND (helpful for cold and flu
symptoms).
5 drops Patchouli
3 drops Pine
3 drops Tea Tree.
400 grams Epsom Salts.
REFRESHING "PICK ME UP" BLEND.
500 grams dead sea or mineral salts.
10 drops Pine
10 drops Lavender
10 drops Cedarwood
6 drops Petitgrain
8 drops Bergamot
Put the salt into a large glass jar, add the essential oils and shake well.
Leave for 24 hours. Use 2-3 tablespoons per bath.
