Well Done Everyone!

Chances are you're in for a dose of post-marathon blues this week (all the more so for resting up and laying off the running for the week).
Try a google search for 'post marathon blues' there's some great articles on the web to help you though the week!

Chin Up! You did a good run and you WILL will feel better next week!

Tip: speed your body recovery by feeding your body some superfoods: how about a bowl of fresh blueberries and raspberries on a bed of greek-style yoghurt & a squirt of condensed milk on top? (ok so the condensed milk isnt a superfood...)

Speedwork Facilities - Now available!

Watch this space for more details of GRR organised training nights, hopefully with a qualified coach!.

The warmer weather is upon us (honest) and so Inverurie Academy have laid out their playing fields for the Athletic season.
The good news is that it means we have a 400m track (grass) on our doorstep - all nicely laid out waiting for you to have a blast round some night when speedwork takes your fancy (I know & when hell freezes over I hear you say...)
