Lochaber Marathon Update

Thanks to everyone who sent in their Lochaber marathon photos; there's a full spectrum of pain-etched faces in this collection, from no pain (pre-race photo-call & post race 'refreshments') to agony (sprint to the finish line to get that PB) check them all out on the website photo gallery

AGM Ammendment
The full line-up of your GRR committee comprises of:-
Pete Stephen (Chairman)
Steve Waites (Secretary)
Bruce Taylor (Treasurer)
Nicola Redgewell (Social Organiser)
Sandra Reid
Assynt Macleod
Ian Cran
Jane Morrison

My apologies to Jane for her omission & our chairman for a (unintentional) typeo; my pre-occupation in the lead up to last week's marathon seems to have caused more than a few blunders...

Speedwork Facilities - Now available!

Watch this space for more details of GRR organised training nights, hopefully with a qualified coach!.

The warmer weather is upon us (honest) and so Inverurie Academy have laid out their playing fields for the Athletic season.
The good news is that it means we have a 400m track (grass) on our doorstep - all nicely laid out waiting for you to have a blast round some night when speedwork takes your fancy (I know & when hell freezes over I hear you say...)

Not sure where the track is? click here
