Congratulations to GRR's Graham Donaldson for his endevours in the Edinburgh marathon.
Despite the sweltering heat, Graham notched up the awesome time of 2:58:07

Well done, that is a truely fantastic time!!

This year there was near ideal conditions with drizzle, sun & light winds, resulting in some cracking times:-

A choice of routes all off-road.
Meet in Essons car park at the usual time of 6.30pm.

Club run from Essons Car Park Bennachie.

Usual weekend fun run round our favourite hill.
Its a 8m run round the rally route, with options for adding more if you want.
Meet at Essons car park at 8.00am for a run in the best weather of the day.

Mither Tap Race
The Cosmics are holding the first Mither Tap race on the evening of Tuesday 20th June starting from the Bennachie Centre, Essons car park at 7-00pm. The race is advertised as 4 miles with 1200 ft (climb) and entry is £2. The organiser (Carl Pryce) has e mailed to invite all Gariochs to compete, so if you're bored to tears with the Shakin Brig run, there is an alternative!
