Well done to Jane Eaton who ran in the JogScotland 5k race at Hazelhead last wednesday, finishing in a time of 30:40.

Meet at the usual time of 6.30pm at the Pitfichie Forest car park.

Club run from Essons Car Park Bennachie.

Usual weekend fun run round our favourite hill.
Its a 8m run round the rally route, with options for adding more if you want.
Meet at Essons car park at 8.00am for a run in the best weather of the day.

No local races on today (that I know of).
How about a rest day & watch a tour de france mountain stage on Eurosport/ITV4 in the Perenees instead?

If your'e planning taking part in this year's Aviemore half marathon & haven't entered yet, then you'd better get a move on!
The entry limit has been increased from 500 to 750, but it is fast approaching the 750 entry limit.
