Announcements
The regular news letter editor is away on business this week. If you think it has been hot around here spare a thought for Bruce who reports 49 degrees in Oman!

McIntosh Plant Hire Triathlon Series 2006

Congradulations to Donna Gray who was first lady in the sprint course at Skene last Sunday in an overall time of 1:23:00.

Also congradulations to Sandra Reid who in her first triathlon was second lady in the short course in an overall time of 1:05:30.

Well done both, especially as it was so hot it must have been a struggle to come out of the water!

New Trail Run

Meet tonight at the Shakin Brig car park but instead of crossing the bridge and heading down the road to Roquharold Woods we will run through Fetternear estate with a loop of Cottown Woods. Distance wise there are 4, 5 and just under 7 mile options. Except for the first (and last) 200 m it is all off road either on estate tracks or forest paths. It's predominatly flatish with only a couple of climbs to keep your interest. Very runner and dog friendly!
