Been on holiday & missed a few runs lately?
Been on a drink and/or foodie bender & havent felt like running?
Missed a few runs on the autumn marathon schedule?
And now you're feeling guilty about it all?
Yeah, me too (to all of them I'm afraid); that is until I listened to a podcast at the weekend about forgiving yourself for missing runs - and now I am forgiven!
Check out podacst #52 in the archive at http://www.steverunner.com/podcast.htm
