Congratulations to Rab Murray who won the Turriff 10.4k at the weekend in a time of 41:16.
Just to make it a family affair, his daughter was 2nd lady in a time of 51mins.

This is the first of the training runs round the Bennachie Hill race route (see side panel for more into).
Meet at 8.00am for a run in the best weather of the day.

Bennachie
Hill Race

As part of the build up to the hill race, throughout September GRR will be holding training sessions on saturday morning round the race course.

These are intended as leisurely runs round the course to familliarise yourself with the route as well as get a chance to enjoy the views that you won't get a chance to stop and enjoy on race day!

Meet at the Back o' Bennachie car park on Saturday at 0800hrs.
