Club Run round
Inverurie.
Usual Meeting time of 6.30pm at the foyer in the
Garioch Sports Centre.
There's a choice of distances including
5m/6m/7m & 8.6m & even the odd hill for added fun.
GRR
also has an arrangement with the sports centre for free use of their
changing & shower facilities (just say you are with GRR at
reception).

Thursday Evening...
Club Run round
Inverurie.
Usual Meeting time of 6.30pm at the foyer in the
Garioch Sports Centre.
Despite the less than ideal running
surface, this isnt as bad as it sounds; its fully lit throughout,
and at this time of year a clear crisp autumnal evening can be quite
refreshing.

Saturday 20th
Club run from Esson's car
park, Bennachie.
Meet at 8.00am for an off-road run on our
favourite hill.
Please note that due to the onset of chilly
weather we will be heading off sharpish; so unless you fancy a game
of hares & hounds....
Sunday 21st
Theres the next
stage in the Round the Castle XC series, this time at Drum
Castle.
Full race program, starting at 1230.
