Announcements
Congratulations to everyone who took part in the decidedly wet and windy Baker Hughes 10k (is it ever not windy for this race?). Despite this, it was still the opptortunity to get a PB (well done Graham):-
Rossie Massie 56.44
Bruce Taylor 43:18
Neil Skene 57:15
Graham Thomson 42:10 (pb)
Assynt Macleod (aka Brian Ross) 44.20
John Parr 46.00

Well done everyone!

============================

Congratulations also to GRR's Rab Murray who was our sole representative at the Laggan 10k at the weekend.
Rab finished 11th overall in a time of 39:39, narrowly missing getting onto the podium in the veteran category.

Well done Rab.

============================

GRR Subs are now due.
Following our AGM, it was agreed that the subs should be kept at the very reasonable price of £12.
Please remit to either Bruce Taylor or Steve Waites, or if you want to do the internet bank thing & pay direct to the GRR account, its Royal Bank of Scotland sort code 83-23-12 account 00160997.

Theres been a bit of interet shown in holding a speedwork session at the Inverurie Academy playing fields 400m grass track.
So for anyone interested, it is proposed that we meet at the track for 6.30pm starting Wed 6th June.
This is a great chance to increase your running speed, form and econony; regardless of how fast/slow you feel your running is at the moment, your running speed will increase as a result of this session.
