Fancy some
speedwork?
Theres been a bit of interet shown in holding a
speedwork session at the Inverurie Academy playing fields 400m grass
track.
So for anyone interested, it is proposed that we meet at
the track for 6.30pm starting Wed 6th June.
This is a great
chance to increase your running speed, form and econony; regardless
of how fast/slow you feel your running is at the moment, your
running speed will increase as a result of this session.
Click
here
for a map of where to meet (use the zoom to find your
bearings).
Some of the folks from Tri-changing gear are alos
going to come along to swell the numbers and share their knowledge
of speedwork.
