Congratulations to Rab Murray who took part in the Knoydart Highland Games Hill race last week.
Rab did GRR proud by being FIRST man home, having passed some young local lad in the last 100m. Rab tells me drove home grinning from ear to ear, with his haul of a great big bottle of whisky and a huge shield alongside.
Well Done Rab!

===========================================

Congratulations to the Steve Waites & Rosie Massie who took part in last weekend's Abernethy Highland Games 10m road race.
Steve tells me that despite the dreich weather for highland games spectating, it was braw for running, with a great course that included 50% cinder path - another definite for next year.
Steve & Rosie finished together with a finish time of 1:44:30

Well Done!
