Hainault residential home is a long
established home, registered with the London Borough of Enfield. It is situated in a quiet
cul-de-sac and overlooks Broomfield Park to the rear. Hainault is within easy walking
distance of Shops, Palmers Green British Railway Station, Local Bus Services, Post Office
and Bank. It is convenient to the A406 North Circular and M25 Motorway.
The home accommodates 10 residents
of either sex. In 1999, it under-went major refurbishment which Includes a passenger lift,
new fully equipped kitchen and dining room and an upgrade of all living accommodation with
En-Suite facilities. There is a large, well maintained garden which residents and Visitors
can enjoy.
At Hainault Residential Home we aim
to provide a safe, warm and homely Environment for older people who can no longer look
after themselves in their own home, or whose Families can no longer cope with the constant
demands and special needs of that person.
THE STAFF
The Care Manager, who is also a
qualified nurse, is responsible for the Management of the home. She is assisted by
experienced care staff. There Is a minimum of two night staff on night duty (including one
who sleeps in).
VISITING
Visitors are welcome to the home at
anytime. All visitors are asked to respect the home and the residents at all times.
The staff at the home will help you to arrange appointments with Doctors, District Nurses, etc.
We hope you will be comfortable and enjoy the care and friendship offered in our home.
The home provides accommodation and
24 hour personal care for People who are in need of specialist care. Residents from all
ethnic Groups are welcome.
The home will provide support and
stimulation to enable residents To live as normal a life as possible as far as their
capabilities will allow. Residents will be encouraged to continue and/or resume their
hobbies and interests and to participate in recreational activities.
We aim to treat residents
individually to a high standard of quality Of life by maintaining privacy, dignity,
independence, choice, rights And fulfilment.
Residents are encouraged to bring
small personal items of furniture For their bedrooms and this should be discussed at the
time of admission. Regrettably, we are unable to accept any pets.
PRICES
Prices range from
£420 to £480 per week, depending on type of room available
and care requirements.
