"Sealladh Breagh" (meaning beautiful view) holiday villa is situated in the stunning village of Lochranza on the Isle of Arran. This officially graded 4 Star detached luxury property has a shore-side location with outstanding views overlooking the bay and Lochranza Castle. 

Recently completed, this centrally heated property has been built in the traditional village style to the very highest standard and has  accommodation for eight people.

In the summer the position of the house provides the most outstanding sunsets with a variety of wildlife nearby such as red squirrels, otters, deer, golden eagles and seals etc.

This is your ideal base on Arran if you are interested in sailing, walking, photography, cycling, stalking, wildlife or indeed just relaxing in the tranquil, evocative surroundings of Lochranza.

Accommodation

The lounge is situated on the ground floor and is furnished to the highest standard. It has a log fire and has views out to the bay.

(There is also a payphone within the lounge for the convenience of guests)

The spacious kitchen & dining room provides a spacious,  but warm, welcoming area where you can enjoy your meals. Why not try some of the renowned local produce during your visit?

There is a very large king size bedroom with a large picture window facing the sea and a feature round window on the adjacent wall, both giving spectacular views.

There is a further double bedroom again with a large picture window facing the castle.

There is a twin bedded rooms upstairs, and a further twin bedded room downstairs.

There is  also a luxury bathroom upstairs and superb shower/steam cabinet downstairs.

All linen and towels are included and there is a large utility area with washing and drying facilities available.

Outside and to the rear of the house there is a barbecue facility, clothes drying area and and a large gravelled area ample for turning and parking. The garden is an ideal play area for children. The rear is mostly shrubbery and woodland, however there is a large lawn to the front with a swing and chute available as well as several seating areas with views to Lochranza castle.

Entertainment

There are televisions and DVD players in the lounge and each bedroom with a DVD library available in the house.

The villa has a full audio entertainment system throughout .
