Learn Bosnian grammar : Adjectives
An adjective is a word giving more information about a noun. There are two types of of adjectives in Bosnian:
i) Demonstrative adjectives
Examples: Most of the adjectives are written in lower case. They have three genders and must agree in all aspect with the nouns they qualify. Adjectives have three genders.i) Demonstrative adjectivesMasculine
Feminine:
Neuter:
ii) Possessive adjectivesThey are formed from nouns or nouns denoting peopleMasculine nouns ending in a consonant:Ivan's friend- Ivanov prijatelj
Feminine nouns ending in -a drop the final -a and replace it by -in Sestra - sestrin {Sister- sister's}
Sestrin brother{ Sister's brother}.
