The Great Curry Bike Rides

Started in the Summer of 1994, loosly based on a pub a crawl on push bikes ending with a Curry.

The routes between pubs vary from a few hundred yards in the winter months, to many miles cross country.

These days however, with family commitments and many hundreds of miles between us, we are down to just one or two rides a year

But the CBR Spirit is still alive and kicking.

"I missed my connecting train and am stuck at Stevenage - Can I have a lift to Hertford!"

The whole team would like to thank Keith and his Mrs for putting the team up on the Saturday night..

A varied trip taking in some on and off road tracks. Due to it being dark, cloudy and a general lack of decent cycle lights it was decided to not cycle along side the river side ... But an enjoyable ride non the less.

Let it go down on the records that James did try a funny northern beer, but declined any more than a sip !

The whole team would like to thank Tony and Liz for putting us up for the evening and espesh Liz for making the splendid Sausage and Bacon Butties.
