Don't know what you've got til it's gone?

Lots of us find we have to spend too much time with our noses pressed firmly to the grindstone to get out and see what we're in danger of losing.  And one day we wake up to learn it's gone forever and think about what we might have done if we had known.  It's a horrible feeling.

Well we can't buy you back your time, but we can at least show you some evidence that what we have is worth saving.  And if you ever find you've managed to get a little time to call your own, maybe persuade you to use it to go and take a look for yourself.  And then you'll know. And then you'll be able to think about what you might like to do before it's too late.
