Mar 29 - A lesser partial eclipse than 2005 Oct 3 but recorded
through cloud gaps via the Bresser 70mm f/10 refractor with Baader solar
filter shows sunspots with a few shot via the Coronado PST in H-alpha light.
2005 Oct 3: Near perfect clear skies from SW London for partial eclipse show the moon's limb occult solar prominences projecting beyond the sun's limb. Images via Minolta DiMAGE 7 and Canon 300D DSLR in afocal mode behind 12.5mm and 40mm fl eyepieces of Coronado PST.
