of Los Gigantes - a brilliant Venus over the sea in the west,
with feeble red Mars a little higher and Saturn near the zenith.

delightful church.
Icod and the 1000 year-old Dragon Tree - its sap is blood-red.
Snow capped Teide at 12,000ft dominates Tenerife and can be seen
from most remote beaches - even the MyTravel flight home at sunset.
Puerto de la Cruz resort on the northern coast basked in sunshine
with style.
