Macclesfield AGM - Wednesday 17th January 2001
1) Meeting open 8:18pm
2) The Secretary reported that after a slow start to the year activity
wise, the club has picked up considerably towards the years end, and we
are looking forward to a (relatively) prosperous 2001!. We are seriously
out of touch with the BFTA/NWFTA and this needs sorting out as a matter of
urgency. I will strive to attend the next NWFTA meeting and act
accordingly.
3) Treasurers report: The income over the year was £375.15,
outgoings were £105.24, the clubs funds increased from £193.97
to £269.91, a good year for us.
4)Election of committee:
- Chairman - stays with Tony
- Treasurer - taken over by Dave
- Competition Secretary - stays with Terry, with help from Paul
- Secratary - stays with Adrian
5) Budget for 2001: it was decided in view of the increased membership
to keep the membership fees to £20 per year for all members, and
individual shoot fees at £2 per shoot.
6) Any other business: An in depth discussion about new venues - several
leads to be followed up. Shoot dates decided for next three months (see
above). List given to secratary for shooters cards. Find out if spring
section still active in NWFTA.
