Minutes for Macclesfield Airgun Club AGM 2000

8:12 PM Meeting opened

1) The secretary did not submit a report.

2) The Treasurer submitted his report for the previous year. It was noted that two Fur and Feather shoots had been accomodated, and that the promised insurance rebate from the BFTA had not been received.

3) The same committee was re-elected. Terry suggested that instead of a Grand Prix in 2000, we should have one off shoots for vouchers or drinks instead of trophies, and run them on the handicap system. All in favour. It was proposed to write to ex-members known to have club equipment to ask for its return, giving the reason 'for insurance purposes'. All in favour.

4) It was proposed to set membership fees to £20 per year for all members, and shoot fees to £2 per shoot. All were in favour.

5) Any other business. It was proposed to reduce the number of targets in a shoot from 30 to 25 to aid with handicap calculations. All in favour. The secretary should write to Air Gunner in order to update club details. Next shoot date set on 5th March.

9:06 PM Meeting Closed.
