Minutes of last meeting agreed.

Dates & venues for Winter Series – one alteration to proposed programme, Clwyd & Winchester to swap, therefore Clwyd to take February date, Winchester to take March date. Full programmes with details of the Series to be issued out shortly.

NWFTA Showdown Final - taking place on 3/09 at Byley. After some discussion, it was decided that this year we would run the shoot on a 'shotgun' start basis.

If someone has a bye, they will be offered the choice of shooting the course with a Marshal or not shooting the course. If there are several people with byes, shooters will be paired up in the order they have been drawn out.

It was also decided, that if possible, to try to keep shooters there for the day, there should be a mini-main run, open to everyone once the first round of the Showdown had been shot. Showdown entrants will be given free entry for the first 'go' and then if they want to discount their first score and have another 'go', they will pay 50p per entry.

NWFTA Summer Series – There will be a Summer Series next year with details finalised over the winter.

Oldham 'Andicap shoot – This event was a great success & full marks to Tony and his team for the superb organisation of a very different shoot. Tony was, however, disappointed by the low attendance, especially a lack of numbers from the North West. Shooters had travelled from as far afield as Durham, Yorkshire & the Midlands. Because of the Handicap system & also the loading of standing & kneeling lanes, the winners were not known until all cards had been handed in and scores calculated. Because of this, there were almost as many shooters at the end of the shoot as the beginning. Consensus of opinion was that this event should definitely take place again. Congratulations to Dave Benyon on his win!
