Apologies from Failsworth and CMB

1) Nosh gave rundown on BFTA meeting - Joe Ward was found guilty of bringing the sport into disrepute (full report to be produced by BFTA). Attending BFTA shoots - banned for 9 months. 10 year ban on holding responsible position within BFTA structure.

2) Nosh explained BFTA Sub-Committee structure - Shooting and Competition; Development and Publicity; Coaching and Training; Terry and Nosh on first and second respectively.

3) Terry explained his role as Competition Secretary and the formation of a sub-committee. List will go up at Sandhall shoot for volunteers. Committee of 3 required.

4) Thanks to all NWFTA members who helped at NEC (Target Sports).

5) Expenses to be paid to elected officers of NWFTA for attending committee meetings. 10p a mile mileageto be paid from today. Review by treasurer in November '95.

6) Update on Anglo-American - Ron Burns volunteered his services for the 2 days as he is not entering. Marshalling rota will be drawn up again.

7) War of the Roses - everyone required to be booked in by end of may.

8) CMB shoot feedback - discussion ensued on target which had turned around.

9) Nigel felt that on 'zeroing' range, there should be card out, not just metal targets. Clubs should put at least 3 cards out at varying distances.

10) Charity shoot plus Presentation for winter league at CMB - date possibly 11/6/95. Nosh to talk to Ken.

11) Competition rules - NWFTA - Terry proposed that countback be used for trophies on the day only, backdated to first shoot. This was agreed.

12) SWFTA GP7 ground is now Ashcombe, Devon. Nosh has made maps for interested parties.

13) Time and date of next meeting 6/6/95.
