1) Minutes agreed for last meeting.

2) Nosh and Terry gave feedback from BFTA meeting, and asked eveyone to think about points for theAGM in February.

3) BFTA Insurance due end of Feb 96. Clubs to pay Nosh by end of January.

4) One bid for BFTA Grand Prix at the moment, Macclesfield. Tony (Oldham) may consider, as he wasn't at last meeting.

5) Handouts of 1996 series issued (National), also Clubs Cup handouts (Anston venue).

6) Reminder to all clubs to be at Presentation Evening by 8pm and to bring raffle prizes.

7) Feedback from CMB shoot - hiccup with sideshoot. Discussion ensued then on allocation of sideshoots. Now decided that host club will put on the sideshoot. If unable to, they will invite any other club to put one on. To be decided at each meeting. Review in March '96. Good standard of shoot.

8) Question of re-entry arose. At end of shoot (when everyone has shot main shoot), shooters can go back onto main range for a fee of £1 and display sticker or card issued by host club. These points to be mentioned at each briefing.

9) Mike duffy has 'volunteered' to be liaison officer for Hotline magazine. Feed him with info - human interest, shooting comments etc. Mike's name and number will be displayed on our notice board.

10) Shoot at Oldham - food available, keep tight with car parking, keep to 15mph speed limit on access road (10/12/95)

11) Stan suggested a special award for clearing a course. This was agreed. Can be done on any ground. Up to 3 maximum gets the badge. Terry to contact shop.
