1) Minutes of last meeting agreed.

2) Shoot sub-committee volunteers - Mike Slater and Dave Fairhurst and Terry Almond (already in post). Accepted by meeting. Terry explained role of sub-committee, formation of programmes, responsibility on the day of shoots etc.

3) Handouts issued - BFTA rules, questionaire and minutes of last BFTA meeting, inc Joe Ward case.

4) Anglo-American feedback - Nosh gave a financial statement. NWFTA made a profit of £402-00. Len (treasurer) has a copy.

5) Points raised - People should have had targets painted for second group each day. Nosh pointed out various people would not marshall for various reasons, and she felt that 30-45 minutes was not a lot to ask. Club secretaries to mention to clubs. Nosh proposed a vote of thanks to Ron Burns, Jacky Birch and Vicky Dobson. Format to be looked at for next year.

6) Tony has talked to Estate Management at Worsley recently about Oldhams intentions at that ground. Tony will deal direct with Paul Smith, at Peel Investments, on special events.

7) Tony Proposed a vote of thanks to Nosh, Terry and Dave for organising shoot.

8) Dave proposed a vote of thanks to Mike Slater for staying behind on monday to clear up. Tony complemented everybody on leaving the ground in such good order.

9) War of the Roses update - 47 from NEFTA at the moment, between 70-80 from NWFTA. Reminder for everyone to be there by 8.45AM.

10) CMB Charity Shoot - £3-00 per head. Silhouettes will be incorporated into shoot. Briefing at 9.30am - start at 10am. Presentation at 12 - everyone stops shooting.

11) Tony will bring up varying discipline points at next shoot.
