How to Order

To order any of the items shown, please use the Order Form button.

This link will take you to the order form for that particular product.

If there are several styles, there will be a drop down selection box on the order form for you to select the exact

model number you require.

The forms can be submitted online (you will need to connect to your internet service), or if you

prefer, there is a link to an order form at the top of the page that will access a form that

you can complete, print out and fax to us instead.

Please complete the forms in full. When we receive the form, we will contact you to confirm your order,
the full amount that will be due including delivery, vat etc, and to confirm your payment details.
