What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?
When we receive your orders, we email them back to you to confirm that we have received the order, and to allow you to check that you have ordered the correct item and given us the correct delivery details.
If you go ahead with the order, and then realise that you have ordered the wrong item, if the goods have already been produced and shipped to you, then you must return the goods to the address that we will provide for that item.
Once the goods are received back at the factory, you will receive a refund of your payment, minus any expenses involved in the clearance of your payment.
