Our Terms

We accept payments from individuals in the form of cash, cheque, postal order or by credit card via
Western Union Money Transfer.

Orders from medical establishments and health trusts can be arranged using Letter of Credit,
but full payment must be received before goods are despatched.

Prices shown are for goods only, and do not include shipping, customs duty or vat.
You will be sent a complete quote to confirm total amount due once we receive your order.

All deliveries will be held until full payment has been received and cheques have cleared.

Please note that we do not give samples free of charge, all samples must be paid for at the full price shown + shipping / customs duty etc.

Also note that goods are not held in the UK, and are despatched directly from manufacturer,
WE DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, invite potential customers to view the goods in the UK.
If you wish to see samples before ordering, samples must be paid for.
Buyers wishing to travel to the UK to check goods on departure from UK are also advised that
as the goods are not shipped from the UK, we do not invite buyers to check the goods before despatch.
