I have produced food in the acclaimed Hotel Bellevue Palace in Berne Switzerland as a trainee and at The Dorchester Hotel Park Lane London. In these locations I often cooked for the rich and famous.
As a premier chef of quality I have been a Head Chef in many hotels in and around Manchester and Cheshire. My experience incorporates work in five star hotels, event catering, fine dining restaurants and banqueting.
