THE CHARITY COMMISSION FOR ENGLAND AND WALES Orders that from 15th June 2007 the charity known as SUTTON INDEPENDENT METHODIST CHAPEL will be administered by The Independent Methodist Association Incorporated the title to the property is transferred to the Association. The Independent Chapel and Trust Premises at Sutton in the Vale in the parish of Granby in the County of Nottingham comprised in an indenture dated the 31st December 1860 made and effected at a meeting of the members of the said chapel. In the event of a sale of the property listed in the schedule to this scheme the trustees shall, after payment of all costs charges and expenses properly incurred, pay the surplus to the Treasurer of the Connexional Committee of the Association to be applied by him as the Annual Meeting or conference of the Denomination of Independent Methodist Churches shall direct.
