Years later Vinnie, a useless alcoholic, is now blackmailing Carter to pay his living expenses, as Carter has become a successful horse breeder and is married to Rosie. As Carter is finalising the sale of his prize stallion Simpatico , he gets a call from the desperate Vinnie requesting his help for one last time and in return he will stop the blackmailing.
