John is Senior Partner at Malpas House.

Qualified B.D.S (Hons) in 1979 at Birmingham. He then moved to Worcester as House Officer, later Senior House Officer in Oral Surgery.
On moving to North Yorkshire he worked in the Community and Hospital Dental Service and joined this practice in 1983.
John is currently Hospital Practitioner in Oral Surgery at the Friarage Hospital and Chairman of the North Yorkshire Local Dental Committee. He serves on the Council of the Yorkshire Branch of the British Dental Association
John gained his D.G.D.P (UK) in 1993.
He is married to Kate and has three daughters, Sarah (1986), Hannah (1990) and Emily (1994).
Sarah is in her final year at the University of Sheffield where she is studying medicine and has just returned from elective studies in India

John's interests include playing the guitar, cycling, skiing, and motor-sports.
