What happens if the goods are faulty upon receipt?
If when you receive your delivery, you find that the goods are damaged or faulty, you must inform us immediately, giving full details of the damage / fault involved.
If the goods were damaged in transit, the matter will be taken up with the shippers / delivery company.
If the goods have a mechanical or electrical fault, then the matter will be taken up by the factory producing the goods.
In either case, if the product is genuinely damged or faulty when you receive it, you will be provided a replacement free of charge.
