What happens if I do not reply to emails?

If we send you a quote, or order confirmation and do not receive a reply, we will automatically assume that you do not wis to go ahead with your order. If this is the case, we would appreciate a reply to let us know that you no longer wish to order the products.

In the case of providing quotes, if we receive any further quote request after not receiving responses to earlier quotes, we are under no obligation to provide further quotes.
