		demo login  User ID:  Password: OptoNet can easily handle databases with millions of documents. Your customers can make simple or advanced search queries in order to find the right document. The boolean operators and or not can be used to refine the selection.    The reply to the query arrives instantly and the found documents can be presented with a complete formatting. Different fonts, colours and sizes on text is decided at the same time for everyone when you build the database. Even images and tables can be displayed in the documents. The result of your search can be presented in several formats, inter alia: Labels Telemarketing list Adjustment of appearance and functionality OptoNet is very open and flexible, meaning that the appearance can be completely tailor-made after your own taste, without programming. Your own logotype, images, text, choice of colour and layout can be influenced to a very large extent. Advertising spots and slide shows OptoNet has a built-in slide show function. Charging via "advanced booking" OptoNet is delivered with a built-in charging system, OptoLock. This works in the way that customers can buy units on their account. The customer's account will then be charged depending of what he/she does (searching, looking at a document, printing labels and graphs etc.). Charging gradually via making a log If you do not want to use the "advanced booking" system OptoLock, making a log can be used instead. OptoNet notes all activities that take place and adds them to a log. This can easily be analysed in order to create invoices.
